Procurement of Goods
Where we procure goods, title transfers on full payment; risk passes on delivery to site. Lead times are indicative and subject to supplier production/shipping.
Natural materials (stone, timber, leather, etc.) may vary in tone, grain and veining. Samples illustrate type only.
Client must inspect deliveries within [DEFECTS_NOTICE_DAYS] days and notify defects in writing. We will manage warranty claims with suppliers where applicable.

Client Responsibilities
Provide timely decisions, access to the property, and accurate information (dimensions, services, restrictions).
Ensure safe working conditions and adequate insurance for works on site.
Appoint a principal contractor where CDM regulations apply; we are not the principal contractor or designer unless agreed in writing.

Changes, Delays & Cancellations
Changes requested by Client will be documented in a variation with any fee/time impact.
If the Client cancels after instruction, fees for work completed and committed costs are payable, plus a cancellation fee of [CANCEL_FEE_%]% of remaining design fees.
We are not liable for delays caused by Client, third parties, or events beyond our reasonable control.
We will exercise reasonable skill and care consistent with UK industry standards.
Our total aggregate liability arising from the Services shall not exceed the total design fees paid by you for the relevant project. We exclude indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Nothing limits liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot lawfully be limited.
